We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Undu.me. Please read our refund and return terms below.

1. Digital Products (Instant Access)

All sales of digital products, downloads, courses, guides, and programs are final. We do not offer refunds for:
  • Digital content
  • Online programs
  • Instant downloads
  • Access-granted content

2. Physical Products
(Supplements, Merchandise, etc.)

Returns Accepted Only If:
  • The item is damaged
  • The wrong item was received
Return Requirements:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at: undumethod@gmail.com
Include:
  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem
Once approved, we’ll send instructions for return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened supplements
  • Used products
  • Discounted or final-sale items
  • Gift cards

3. Shipping Costs

We do not refund:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs (unless it was our error)

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Items delivered to wrong addresses provided by customer

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local carrier.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has begun.

Digital purchases cannot be canceled at any time.
